I really liked the idea! I thought it would be grand to have a low carb pizza crust. But........This dough was terrible to work with. I followed the directions precisely but the parchment paper stuck to the dough and my first try looked like a mess. So then I wadded up the dough into a ball again, sprayed my pizza stone with Pam, set the dough in the middle of the stone, topped it with another piece of parchment & rolled it in a circle to fit. Then into the oven. I imagine it will taste all right, but I don’t like the process. I’m going to use real pizza dough or my old method of wheat flour-almond flour combination in the future.
