These are really good, I am up at the cabin so had to improvise a bit. Modification. Light olive oil in place of coconut oil. Used only 1/4 cup erythritol and 1/4 cup coconut palm sugar (low glycemic and similar to brown sugar). Added 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract. Also found some erythritol chocolate morsels at Walmart. Soooo good,
