Tastes great. The texture is more dense than the regular waffles, but I like the nutty flavor. I had my waffle with an apricot jam. My daughter garnished her waffle with maple syrup.
I doubled the recipe and made 4 large waffles. However I find the batter texture too dense, so I cut out part of the almond flour. I used 2.5 cups instead of 3 cups for double dose. I still had to add more liquid (coconut milk and some water - about 1/2 cup) in order to get the right texture.
Next time I'll play around with ingredients. I may start with 1 cup almond flour for a single dose and will add more on the end if needed.
