Very easy! Used leftover almonds but will remember to crush finer next time . Cut chicken breast into fingers and homemade fries . Was a keeper will make more often! Thanks for recipe!

This recipe was super easy and quick I served it with quinoa and salad and the whole family liked it! The slight sweetness was a nice unique change to dinner and chicken!

This turned out absolutely amazing!
I am scared of chicken- so I cooked it longer than it stated- like 20 min to make double sure it was cooked well - and it was still super moist and delicious.
Hubby loved it. It's a little sweet- but not too much. Just right. I served with brown rice and steamed broccoli
