Very addictive! I’m impressed. I used goat cheese, since that’s all I had available, which is keto friendly. I will definitely use this recipe again. I will also try cheddar. The goat cheese was very good, with a consistency Of cream cheese.
The bottom gets done sooner than the top ( reason of 4 stars).

These were really good, I added garlic powder and Italian Seasoning to add more flavor.
