- 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour (Pillsbury BEST™)
- 1/2 cup caramel (Smucker's®, Flavored Topping, plus additional for garnish, if desired)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 350 cooking spray
