- 1 1/2 tsp. gelatin (grass fed, I used Vital Proteins)
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 2 bananas (medium/large size overripe)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup smooth almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar (organic)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups blanched almond flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 cup soy (dairy free, free chocolate chips, I used Enjoy Life brand)
