- 1 1/2 cups gluten (free old fashioned oats, I used Bob’s Red Mill)
- 2 Tbsp. organic coconut oil (melted)
- 2 Tbsp. nut butter (creamy, I used Justin’s Almond Butter – Maple flavor)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (you can use agave or honey if making a vegetarian version)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (or paste)
- 1/2 cup almond flour (or meal, if you don’t have this in your blender process the almonds until a fine flour forms)
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
- 3 Tbsp. chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life dairy free chips)
