- 8 oz. coconut milk (chilled, or almond milk)
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (organic, or, 1/3 cup soaked raw cashews for vegans. See notes)
- 1 dash canela (extra for topping)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour (or almond flour)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. creamy almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut cream (chilled, or coconut milk, remove excess water if needed if it’s solidified. This optional but helps make it thick!)
- nuts (toasted crushed, /almonds to top.)
- stevia (optional)
- honey (optional)
- hemp protein (optional)
- whey (optional)
- pitted dates (optional)
