- 1/2 cup sweet potato (purée, homemade or canned are fine; be sure there is no added sugar. Use pumpkin and additional sweetener for a lower carb option.)
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar (or use a lower carb sweetener if need be. Xylitol would be a good option.)
- 35 drops liquid (plain or vanilla stevia, to taste, This Homemade Liquid Stevia will work as well.)
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch fine sea salt (Adrienne uses Real Salt)
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder (unsweetened cocoa powder, carob powder or a combination)
- 2.5 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cashew butter (smooth natural, ; or sunflower butter or sesame tahini for nut-free, Here’s how to Make Your Own Nut or Seed Butters)
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin coconut oil (preferably organic)
