I made these because I had no milk but I did have sour cream to use up. After I mixed all the ingredients together, it was way, way too dry (like cookie dough) so I had to add some water and some juice. I was concerned they would not work but the final product turned out good. I added a mix of frozen tart and weet cherries and some almond extract.
Only complaint I got was that the muffins stuck to the paper baking cups too much.
