Very interesting taste with the balsamic vinegar. It was a bit overwhelming with that flavor. I added extra hotsauce, smoked paprika, and a dash of chili powder and cumin, a splash of lemon juice smoothed out the strong balsamic taste. It's a nice recipe to play around with, because I do love balsamic but I just didn't want it to stand out that much for what I'm using it for.
