I used this as a jumping-off point because I made it with what I had here. The primary flavors are delicious.

-Used 3 lbs stew meat
-Mixed it in flour, salt & pepper, paprika mix
-Browned the meat
-Did veggies per recipe (but 3 onions & 2 peppers)
-30 oz kidney beans
-2 big cans of diced tomatoes
-2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
-2 cups beef broth
-cooked per recipe

I wish this site would give the ingredients to half the recipes. Very good dish!

Glad I halved the recipe. It would have been way too much for two. Still have some for leftovers. Taste great!

I mixed mine with half 100% Organic beef from neighbors black Angus cow and half Deer meat! the best chilli I have ever had in my life

SO YUMMY!! My family ate it for days and once we were done they were wondering when I would make it again. Great recipe! I'd say my family favorite.
