Succulent prawn pasta, served with a delicious alfredo sauce made with Hellmann's mayonnaise.
Ingredients

- 300 grams tiger prawns
- 3 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise (dollops*)
- 300 grams pasta (uncooked tagliatelle)
- 40 grams grated Parmesan cheese
- 150 mL skim milk (semi)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions
- Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions and drain.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and sauté the prawns.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, garlic, cheese and milk together. Add the parsley, completing your alfredo sauce
- Add the alfredo sauce mixture to the prawns and heat through.
- Mix with the pasta and serve. Season with the parsley.

I really enjoyed this, I used pasta shells instead of linguine and cut up half of my prawns, turned out really well.

Turned out nice. Added some halved cherry tomatoes to it for more flavour amd a dash of dill

Me and my family really enjoyed the pasta. I have also added a bit of bacon with the prawns and it was great

This is such a quick and easy recipe but when you taste it, it feels really special. One of our regular favourites!
