Liked this recipe for potatoes, I didn't use heavy cream, I used half & half.
Only used the Italian blend, didn't have any Swiss cheese. My husband liked them a lot , he's a potato kinda guy!
Always looking for new potato dishes!
Will make this again , thanx for sharing
