- 2 slices bread
- 1 Tbsp. flat leaf parsley
- 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 lb. ground beef (cooked and crumbled, or Italian sausage)
