- 1 oz. butter (unsalted)
- 3 lb. mashed potatoes
- 24 french fried (each sage leaves)

Directions
- 1. Clean inside muscle
- 2. Combine all marinade ingredients in plastic container
- 3. Add pork and marinate overnight. Remove pork the next day, reserving marinade
