Very nice. I was gentle on the cayenne (cooking with kids) and added cabbage because there was some in the fridge, gonna go bad. Everyone loved it! Said it was well seasoned and not spicy. They loved how a squeeze of lime and some cilantro made it a whole new dish. Worth the time, worth the effort. I always enjoy making meatballs with my Pei-Pei

This recipie turned out great! One could half the chicken broth and make up with water but not necessary. I also doubled the meat balls (2 lbs) and it worked out well. My wife is Mexican and she’s said this was really good and surprising given that I’m a white guy

this turned out really good! i added a lot more of the herbs and spices, per someone else's review, and I'm glad i did. I'll be making it again.

Healthy Meal - wish recipe provided amount of mint, cilantro and parsley used in mixture

I left out the peas and switched the yellow squash with green zucchini. Also used deef stock instead of chicken broth
