Awesome recipe & fantastic flavor. Great for a rainy day or sick day. Would served with bread or something pretty filling as this is a very light soup. Wouldn't change anything.

It turned out very well! The meatballs were tender and the soup had great flavor. My husband didn’t care for the cinnamon so I will probably omit that ingredient next time. The prep was a little time consuming for me but I feel like it was worth it and would go quicker next time just because I have had some experience with it now.

Good soup, followed recipe to a T. You can get creative with the spices to personalize it but it’s great on its own!

I appreciate all the vegetables in this dish. Prepping took a total of 30 minutes and it came out delicious. I didn’t use low sodium instead use organic chicken stock and it was perfect to taste.

Probably just me, but I found it to be okay but not quite what I expected. Still it is definitely worth the effort.

Excellent. I was hesitant to try it with mint, but it was a great blend of flavors. Added some salt as others have suggested. Also squeezed in some fresh lime before serving. Mmmmm.

Amazing but definitely don’t put the onions in for 8 mins, I’d do 4 max. Double all the spices and add cayenne pepper, Cajun spice and paprika to the meatballs. You also need way more salt in the soup (like triple)

I liked this soup. It is a lot lighter than I thought it would be so I think I will add this into the rotation in the summer. And I loved the mint in the meatballs. Delish.

The soup was delicious I didn’t have carrots or parsley, so I swapped for cilantro and extra celery. Very easy and pretty quick. Will definitely make it again!

I had never had Mexican Meatball soup before this and I am a life long fan now.

This soup is delicious and light. However, I feel like it lacks seasoning. The meatballs taste absolutely delicious but the soup itself doesn’t feel up to par imo.

Amazing!! Loved the ingredients and method of frying the veggies and albondigas. Will be making again!
