Wow, black cod is a showstopper by itself...then add a few simple ingredients. Takes it to the next level. Buttery, mild, flavorful. Only put in 1/2 of the honey. Make sure to cook it to at least °140. Will continue to cook on stoneware after it comes out of the oven.
