I’ve been making this recipe for 11 years and without fail, it is perfect. I slice the chicken breast I half (the long way), so that it’s thinner and cooks more evenly. The only thing I do differently is 1 Tbsp of hot sauce and 1 Tbsp of Black pepper rather than 2 Tbsp of Black pepper. Enjoy!!!!
