These turned out great and exactly how I wanted, esp compared to pan frying. I used my tofu press. Would cut down on pepper and just use several dashes like usual. Served in pan noodles, stir fry, etc. Did about 17 min. at 400 in the air fryer.

Turned out pretty good. Next time will avoid adding spices so that we can also enjoy with this traditional Japanese Soy/Sake/Mirin sauce. Overall crisp turned out great with Air Fryer. Thanks for Recipe.
