Absolutely delicious and soooo easy!! I didn’t have breadcrumbs, so I used plain panko crumbs and added Italian herbs

I like the quick and minimal ingredients. Though with the previous review, I could tell there was not going to be much flavor. So I looked up other recipes and saw that adding 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powered and Italian seasoning and mix it up with the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs mix. Perfect. It hit the spot.
I also added extra Parmesan cheese.

It was really good, but it didn’t have a whole lot of flavor and it was a little dry. We paired it with noodles and marinara sauce
