- 1 refrigerated pie crusts (2-count package, almost to room temperature, there should be two 9" crusts in one package)
- 1 Honeycrisp apple (medium, peeled, cored, and finely diced)
- 1 Granny Smith apple (medium, peeled, cored, and finely diced)
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. granulated white sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon (I used the full two teaspoons because I like it really spicy!)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
