Flavor was really good, but the skin was so burnt it was inedible by the time the chicken was cooked internally. I cooked it at the suggested temp. I’ll have to tweak the recipe to keep this on the rotation.

Wonderful. I have made it both with and without skin on the thighs and both ways turned out perfect but the skin on was definitely better it left a nice crispy layer and the inside so juicy and savory. For not having to be marinated over night or for hours the chicken cooks with so much flavor still. I definitely recommend and our dinner guests would say the same.
