We loved it and so did the kiddos! I did substitute salt for season salt. Also added 1/2 tps garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder and 1/4 tsp of chili powder. I would double the panko recipe mixture though. It takes it twice to cover all the chicken. Also only needed 2 eggs instead of 3 eggs.

This was fantastic— next time I may double the Panko mix, since it ran out about halfway through preparing the chicken.

Wonderful! I added more bread crumbs than what was called for, but it was sooo good!

Great easy recipe! I don’t know if I did something wrong, but my ratios for flour, egg, and crumbs was all off. With 1lb of meat I used about 1/3c flour, 2 eggs (but I used XL eggs), and at least 1c bread crumbs, maybe more. I ran out of breadcrumbs near the end of my batch and it shows- definitely worth loading those on!!

This was a WIN recipe for my family. I cooked a little more meat so I had to make more breading mix. I added lemon pepper to the mix and a little buttermilk to the eggs. Came out a little spicy but kids loved it and was super tasty!!!
