- 1/4 cup spelt flour
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- cooking oil spray
- 1/2 lemon (cut into 2 pieces)
- dipping sauce (seafood, optional)
- 3 Yukon Gold potatoes (scrubbed and sliced into fries, about 11.5 ounces)
