  • 2 pounds sushi grade ahi tuna
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium tamari sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1/3 cup green onions
  • 1/3 cup cucumbers (cubed)
  • 1 cup Near East Rice Pilaf
  • 1 avocado (sliced)

    Directions

    1. Cube your ahi and mix with tamari, sesame oil, sesame seeds, hot sauce, ginger and green onions. Set aside.
    2. Make your rice pilaf according to the package instructions, cube your cucumber and avocado.
    3. Assemble your bowl by adding your rice, the ahi, and cucumber and avocado, top with sesame seeds and green onions and serve!
