Description
Plums are packed with dietary fiber and vitamins. They are sweet and hearty fruits. This recipe for Agua de Ciruela or Plum Water is refreshing and nutritious. If you need a sweet drink at the end of a long day working in the garden, then this drink is perfect. All you need is 6 ripe plums, 2 liters of water, and sugar or sweetener. A blissful refreshment.

- 6 plums (ripe)
- 2 liters water
- sugar (or sweetener, as much as you like)

Directions
- Pour one cup of water into a large pitcher.
- Cut open the plums, remove the seeds and place the fruit into the pitcher.
- Pour the plums and water into a blender, add sugar and blend.
- Pour the mixture back into the pitcher, add the rest of the water and stir once again. If the water isn’t sweet enough, you may also add more sugar or sweetener .
- Place the pitcher into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and serve.
