I made this today with a leftover turkey breast that I had in the freezer and it turned out to be a delicious and rich gravy mixture that I served over rice. I did add half of red, yellow and orange bell peppers along with about a quarter cup of onion which I sautéed in the pan before I made the gravy. I also added a few chopped sage leaves and a touch of celery salt. My husband and I both loved this basic gravy recipe and the peppers gave it a pop of color and flavor to match . This is a keeper, thanks.
