this was an easy recipe! the flavor is nice and considering its main ingredients are potatoes and peanut butter, the soup comes out lighter than expected. i would recommend a touch of lime juice to balance it. i didn't have two sweet potatoes on hand and found success with one sweet and I've regular potato

This soup is a great combination of a good taste and low calories but plenty of protein you we felt well fed, guilt free and knew we would sleep well because this meal would carry us until breakfast.

I had this soup many years ago. It seemed odd to my middle America idea for soup. I enjoyed this recipe again
