This was good. However most of the family didn’t like the texture of the whole peanuts. Will I make this recipe again? Probably not as there are other variations out there that my family may like better.

we loved making this dish, the prepping was a bit tedious for lazy people drinking red wine on a Sunday afternoon but it was soo worth it, we used the chicken stock cubes that is gluten free and lactose free that we used 3 off as they are not as salty as the normal ones :) but still delicious we used fresh coriander at the end to decorate the dish that was a nice touch we divided the ingredients by 2 for 4 people instead of 7 we used 4 medium sweet potatoes and 4 tablespoons peanut butter and half cup of roasted peanuts and it was delish!

It was okay, but I wouldn't make it again. The stew just felt like I was eating chicken covered in peanut butter. It wasn't overly flavoursome and just got awfully thicker as the days passed.

Turned out great. Definitely on my list to make again. Easy to adjust based on the amount of spice you like
