- 2 limes
- 5 almonds
- 10 cashews
- 2 1/4 tsp. salt (or according to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. chilli flakes (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp. coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp. green cardamom (ground, optional)
- 1 handful fresh coriander (including stems, roughly chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. oil (or ghee)
