  • 14 1/2 ounces crushed tomatoes (use twice as much if you eliminate the meat)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 cup whole milk yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
