- 1 tsp. oregano (each of, rosemary and thyme)
- 1 stalk celery (or 1 cup leafy greens, chopped)
- 1 cup stock (your choice, here is a great place to buy bone broth. My vegetable broth mix recipe works well too)
- 1 cup millet (cooked)
- 1/2 cauliflower (cooked)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. dried chives (or 1/4 cup fresh, chopped)
- 1 tsp. salt

i had dry beans, so had to cook them before. somehow it turned out very dry. will try again to see if it gets better :-)
