- 2 lemons peeled
- 1 1/2 cups water (filtered, plus more for the jar, see How to Make Your Water Safe)
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 tsp. oil (or ½ teaspoon extra-virgin coconut oil)
- 1 tsp. protein powder (or collagen)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (see how to make Alcohol-free Vanilla)
- 2 salt (generous pinches, I use Real Salt)
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch clove
- 1/4 tsp. stevia extract
- sweetener
- 2,000 vitamin c (powder, optional. I use this brand)
- 2 drops lemon (essential oil, optional. Please see notes in post)
- ice cubes
