  • 30 sauce (minutes, longer for pork until, is thickened:)
  • 1 cup vinegar (choice, put more or less depending on how tart you want it. I've tried white, malt, cider and rice vinegar, all other kinds should work too.)
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 3 bay leaves
