    i make this all the time, its a hit! leave some jalepeño seeds in for a nice kick. if you remove all of them you'll want ro add some hot sauce.

    Made this for a neighborhood party and it was a huge hit. Not only did it disappear quickly but everyone commented on it or asked for the recipe.

    Easy to make and amazing to taste I added some thick yoghurt to the cheese to make it a little less calorific

    Makes a nice quick lunch, served with chips or on toast. I prefer frozen corn to canned corn, so I used that instead. Tasted great!

    This was quick and good. I think you could add more jalapeño if you wanted. Served with tortilla chips and people really liked it!

    What a hit! This recipe will be my new "go to" appetizer for home or when I go to someone's home. The only change I made was to use jalapeno relish (a must have jar for the fridge) instead of bothering to buy a fresh jalapeno. Skipped the cilantro as I had no other use for it if I bought it and it would go to waste. It wasn't missed except for a little decoration.

    This is a perfect delicious recipe for get togethers! It's simple and everyone loved it. I did not use cilantro and it's still YUM
