- 1 brazil nuts (x cup of)
- 1 walnuts (x cup of)
- 1 pecan nuts (x cup of)
- 1 mixed nuts (x cup of, brazil, cashew, walnuts and hazelnuts)
- 1 raisins (x cup of, ideally organic)
- 1/2 linseed (x cup of ground, and sunflower seeds, ideally organic)
- 1/2 chia seeds (x cup of, ideally organic)
- 4 water (x tablespoons of)
- 3 pure maple syrup (x tablespoons of good quality 100%, this is very important as lots of Maple syrup that isn’t 100% isn’t made from Maple sap but is just refined sugar. I use Buckward.)
- Himalayan salt (or Maldon)
