I absolutely adore this recipe. The Italian savory flavors of the sausage and cheese mixes with the sweetness of the squash. A hint of earthiness with the roasted nuts, and the structure of the kale gives it a backbone to keep it from being delicious mush. Plus, it all comes together in 30 minutes. One of my all time favorites.
