Good. I do like my soup thicker and I think I put too much veg stock in. This was quite good.

This is awesome. I left out the garlic, and increased the other veggies, as well as leaving the skin on the apple. Super yummy!

Turned out great made a huge batch for the restaurant used some coconut milk to make it creamy, doubled the shredded carrot. I will top with dehydrated ginger dust next time. Very tasty simple soup that can be made quickly.

Good! It was thicker than what I like, so I used 4 Cups Vegetable Stock (instead of 2 Cups).

Tasty. Healthy. Could be a little better with something sweet added. Maybe a dab of honey?
