- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 banana (mine was frozen, but it doesn't have to be)
- 6 Tbsp. coconut water
- 1 slice fresh ginger (peeled, about ⅛-inch thick, the size of a quarter)
- 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds (I like this one)
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds (these are good)
- 1 tsp. maca root (powder, you can get it here)
- 1/8 tsp. extract (chaga mushroom, powder, you can try this one)
- 1 Tbsp. raw cashews
- 2 Tbsp. cherry juice (black, here's one)
- frozen raspberries (optional)
- bee pollen (optional)
- raw buckwheat groats (optional)
- pumpkin seeds (optional)
- raisins (optional)
- dried cranberries (optional)
- chopped walnuts (optional)
- shredded coconut (optional)
