- 1 cup onions (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 15 oz. black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 4 oz. diced green chiles (Fire Roasted, see shopping tip)
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh, cut from 1 cob or ½ cup frozen and thawed)
- 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
