- 1 cup smooth peanut butter (you can use either smooth or chunky)
- 1 cup morsels (semi-sweet chocolate chip, I use mini *to make this recipe vegan, you can use a non-dairy brand of chocolate chip morsels)
- 1 cup coconut flakes (shredded, unsweetened)
- 1 cup nuts (you can use pecans, almonds or walnuts or a mix of some/all)
- 3 cups oatmeal (quick oats)
