- 8 oz. bean thread noodles (dried, soak in water until soft)
- 1 1/2 cups ground meat (can be pork, beef, or turkey)
- 3 stalks spring onion (finely chopped)
- 2 inches ginger (slice of, finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. chili bean paste (a bit more if you like it spicier, but tone down on the soy sauce because it is salty)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (or more to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 cups water
- 3 Tbsp. grape seed oil (or oil of your choice)
