- 2 cans anchovies (if you like em use em)
- 3 jalapeno peppers (– 5 fresh, ditto for hotness)
- 1 cup sun dried tomatoes (black olives also go well with this pizza)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. basil (Red or Thai is preferred but not necessary)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. Thai fish sauce
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper (each black and, and curry)
- 1 Tbsp. sriracha hot chili sauce (or your favorite hot sauce, no ketchup!)
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. provolone cheese (grated, or a ½ pound of each)
- 1 pizza dough (16 – 18 inch)
