I put 1.25 cups of tapioca flour but I guess should've put more to get the dough consistency. It got stuck. I did add a tad of water to the puree so maybe that's why.

all the tapioca flower rose to the top of the bread( i thought i mixed it pretty well but maybe not?). the bread itself came out pretty sweet. it was good on its own, dont know if its good for a sandwich.
