I’ve never liked the dense texture of these. This last time I added 2 scoops of collagen powder and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and they’re a little fluffier

The flavor is good, better with some added rosemary. The first batch I made as directed, the bread was super hard on the outside and basically raw on the inside. The second batch I rolled into breadsticks for a more even cook but they were still a little doughy on the inside and my kids couldn’t bite into the outside because they are so hard. I think I’ll try a lower temperature next time to see if I can get the inside to cook a little more before the outside becomes overdone.
