- 50 grams Light Boursin (with Garlic and Herbs)
- 2 small tomatoes
- 1 red onion (small, very finely chopped)
- 4 walnuts (toasted lightly and finely chopped, toast them by cooking them in a dry saucepan until they start to colour slightly and give off a lovely toasted scent)
