- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 3 tsp. Sriracha sauce (or other hot sauce - more or less to taste)
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger (grated, or 1/2 tsp. dried)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (optional for a creamier dressing)
